What are the elements of the video game?

5x5 Game board for a dungeon game

Board: The game takes place in a dungeon represented by a 5x5 board.

Some characters:

Sir gawing board game tile The Knight, Sir Gawin of Keymelot: Protagonist of the video game. He has to obtain items to increase his strength, open chests, and defeat monsters. His mission is to rid the castle of monsters and save the knights of the Round Table.
Dungeon Guardian board game tile Dungeon Guardian: Possesses special strength, guards the chest.
Ball Monster board game tile Ball Monster: Chases anyone moving through the dungeon. Not very strong and will help you gain experience before facing the Guardian.

Some items:

Sword board game tile Sword: Obtain the sword if you want to gain more strength.
Key board game tile Key: Without the key, you cannot open the chest.
Chest board game tile Chest: Contains a mysterious score.

How to win the game?

Guardian and chest

The player wins the level when the Knight opens the chest guarded by the Guardian. The chest contains a mysterious score.

Rules

1

Dungeon limits and walls

  • Characters and items cannot exit the 5x5 board.
  • Gray squares on the board are walls. Items, monsters, and the Knight cannot enter the walls.

Experience Points

The more experience points a character has, the stronger it is.

  • The Knight starts with 3 experience points. Sir Gawing Knight Experience
  • The Sword adds 4 points to the Knight's experience. Sword Experience
  • The Ball Monster has 2 experience points. Monster Ball Experience
  • The Guardian has 4 experience points. Dungeon Guardian Experience

Combat

  • Every time the Knight engages in combat and defeats a monster, the Knight adds the monster's experience points to its own. For example, each time he defeats the ball monster, the Knight adds 2 experience points.
  • If the Knight loses a combat, he dies. The game ends.

Items

  • Sword: The sword adds 4 experience points to the Knight. Sword Experience
